You know that nursery rhyme that goes like this "sticks and stone may break my bones but words will never hurt me" well guess what it's true! People are always going to say things that are going to hurt you, they are its a fact of life. You just have to learn to shake it off because they are saying it for one of two reasons; they are jealous of you, or they just aren't nice people. I think this is one of my greatest lessons I have learned in life is that people are always going to hurt you. But you have to have faith in the lord that it will all be okay. I have finally gotten to that point in my life where people can talk or not talk to me. They can be my friends or they can despise me. Either way I know it's going to be okay. I've learned to look for the good in the most unlikely people. But I'm also more protective of my heart! I won't put it on the line if I know it will get hurt. Some people may think that it's crazy to not go for the guy i want to be with so bad. But I know he doesn't have the same feelings so I am going to sit back and be the friend until he feels the same way about me! I am willing to wait(: one last thing..
Always remember to believe in yourself, and all the rest will fall into place! I promise!!
